The rules for accessing and using the PSCS website.

PSCS is an Indian technology consultancy based in Mumbai, Maharashtra. These terms govern access to and use of this public website.

Company: PSCS (PSCS E-Business), Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. These website terms are governed by the laws of India.

1. Acceptance of these terms

By accessing, browsing or using this website, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please stop using the website.

If you use the website for an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to act for that organisation.

2. Scope and website purpose

This website provides general information about PSCS, our services, capabilities, industries, experience, work and contact channels. It is intended primarily for business and professional users.

Submitting an enquiry, requesting a meeting, viewing a demonstration or receiving preliminary information does not create a client, adviser, fiduciary, partnership, agency or employment relationship.

3. Proposals, quotations and client engagements

A project or service engagement begins only when PSCS and the client accept the relevant commercial and contractual terms in writing. A proposal, quotation, estimate, presentation, email or website statement is not a binding commitment unless it expressly states that it is binding and is accepted by the authorised parties.

Projects may be governed by a proposal, purchase order, statement of work, service agreement, licence, support agreement, non-disclosure agreement or other written contract. If a signed client agreement conflicts with these website terms, the signed client agreement will take priority for that engagement.

Electronic communications, acceptances and records may be used and recognised in accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and other applicable Indian law.

4. Permitted use

You may access and use the website for lawful business evaluation and communication. You must not:

  • use the website for unlawful, fraudulent, misleading, defamatory or harmful activity;
  • attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website, hosting environment, forms, code, data or connected systems;

5. Intellectual property

Unless stated otherwise, the website design, copy, graphics, interfaces, source code, animations, videos, case-study presentation and PSCS branding are owned by or licensed to PSCS. They are protected by applicable Indian intellectual-property laws, including copyright and trade-mark law.

Client names, logos, product names, technologies and third-party trade marks remain the property of their respective owners. Their appearance does not transfer ownership and does not necessarily imply sponsorship, certification or endorsement.

No licence or right is granted except the limited right to view the public website for its intended purpose.

6. Enquiries and information you submit

You are responsible for ensuring that information submitted to PSCS is accurate, lawful and authorised. Do not send passwords, payment-card details, health information, biometric information, government identifiers, confidential source code or another person’s personal data through a public website form unless PSCS has specifically requested it under an appropriate written arrangement.

A public enquiry is not automatically confidential and is not protected by a non-disclosure agreement unless PSCS has separately agreed to one in writing.

Personal information submitted through the website will be handled under our Privacy Policy.

7. Third-party platforms, services and links

The website may refer or link to third-party websites, software, platforms, tools, hosting providers or services. PSCS does not control their content, security, availability, pricing, policies or privacy practices.

You are responsible for maintaining appropriate device security, software updates, access controls and backups.

9. Website information and warranties

The website and its public content are provided on an “as available” basis for general information. To the extent permitted by Indian law, PSCS does not give implied warranties regarding completeness, continuous availability, fitness for a particular purpose or suitability for a specific business decision.

Any specific warranty, service level, deliverable, remedy, performance commitment or acceptance criterion applies only when stated in the relevant written client agreement.

To the extent permitted by applicable Indian law, PSCS will not be liable for indirect or consequential loss arising solely from use of, inability to use, or reliance on public website information, including loss of business opportunity, anticipated profit, goodwill or data.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, or any mandatory right available under applicable law, including applicable consumer-protection law.

11. Privacy and data protection

Use of the website and submission of personal information are also governed by our Privacy Policy. The policy is framed for an Indian business and refers to the Information Technology Act, 2000, the applicable 2011 data-protection rules, and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and Rules, 2025 as their provisions come into force.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India.

The parties should first attempt to resolve any website-related dispute through good-faith written discussion. Subject to mandatory applicable law, the courts of competent jurisdiction in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these website terms or use of this website.

A separate signed client agreement may contain different governing-law or dispute-resolution provisions, and those provisions will apply to that engagement.

13. Severability and waiver

If any part of these terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the fullest extent permitted by law. A delay or failure by PSCS to enforce a provision is not a waiver of that provision.
